Valiance Global owner Tony Moore has spent 30 years working for the Metropolitan Police, London during which he has amassed a great deal of expertise and skills that are now being put to use for private clients.
The majority of his career was spent combating serious organised crime at local, national and international levels using a range of overt and covert tactics. An area of specific expertise is the obtaining of evidence from high-risk criminal witnesses. He has managed and written national policy on covert methodology becoming a subject matter expert for the College of Policing.
Holding a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Studies, this majored on young people and their contact with law enforcement, as well as plea-bargaining systems at an international level.w

Tony developed an on-line support mechanism for the victims of terrorism using a secure portal. Created in 2005 following the London terrorist bombings, his system has supported over 2,000 individuals and families through their personal road to recovery. This has been recognised at national and international level by Microsoft, IBM and the Government of the United States.
In 2017 Tony achieved a personal goal, being awarded a Master of Science (MSc) for Intelligence and Investigation through the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, Portsmouth University. His work majored on young people’s relationship with the police combined with international law relating to plea-bargain provisions.
